Chipotle Veggie Burrito – HUMUNGOUS serving

3/4 veggie burrito from Chipotle ( rice, black beans, salsa, green pepper, onions, guacamole, lettuce)

1 small size Coke Zero

NOTE:

The veggie burrito is humungous I was not able to finish it. However I found that the veggie burrito I had from Baja Buds are more flavorful than this one. In any case, you will get your money’s worth on this burrito and I can actually eat it for 2 meals.  

This is not a healthy day, due to the busy-ness at work, I forgot to eat lunch. Funny thing is I was not actually during the day. Mental note: not health, don’t do it again.

I got some vegan cookies and other goodies from Trader Joe’s. I can’t wait to try them 🙂

Meal 2:

1 very thin crust pizza with tomato sauce, mushroom, onion and spinach ( 12 inch diameter) from Bollinis (http://www.bollinispizzeria.com)

4 slices of watermelon

Note:

Bollini’s is one of my favorite pizza places. Their pizzas are delicious and I love their very thin crust cooked in their wood fire oven. I have a small size pizza with tomato sauce, no cheese and toppings are mushroom, onion, and spinach. Would definitely need to visit them again. I was planning to take a photo however I got too hungry and remember to take a photo when i finished the whole thing hahahaha… next time.
