Lunch at work - DELICIOUS!!

1 serving of left over stir fry

1 serving of white rice

1 med-large size banana

1 snack size potato chips

Meal 3:

Gardein Burgers and Fries

2 Gardein Beefless Burgers with lettuce, mustard, veganaise and ketchup

1 small potato fries

1 pickle

Meal 1:

1 small serving of miso soup with tofu and roasted seaweed

1 cup of white rice

1 serving of stir fry tofu and veggies (carrots and cabbage) in SOYAKI sauce

Meal 2:

Veggie Burrito with chips and salsa

1 veggie burrito ( rice, black beans, salsa, guacamole) from Baja Buds 

1 small side of chips and salsa

Snack:

1 small SOY latte on larger cup for the extra soy milk from Coffee Bean and Tea

2 slices of watermelon

NOTES:

The veggie burrito was something new to my taste buds. It’s been a while since I had mexican food and while looking for place to eat, I saw Falafel king… like what I said in the previous posts, I am taking a break from falafels for a while since the last one I ate was not delicious or satisfying. Back to the veggie burrito, at first I thought it will be boring but after the first bite I was surprise with it – new flavors in my mouth. I almost inhaled the whole burrito really quick and was full at the end. I am one happy person.
