1 serving of red thai curry with Gardein “Chickn”, baby bok choy, and mushroom

1 serving of instant pancit canton without the seasoning just the soy sauce and oil

Snack:

Coconut Jasmine and Chocolate Soybased Ice Cream from Scoops
