1 piece of Grilled Gardein Chick’n 

1 serving of Garlic Pasta

4 small pieces of french bread toasted with Earth Balance buttery spread

1 glass of fruit punch

Snack:

1/2 large order of French Fries

Dinner: 

1 cup of brown rice

"Ground Beef" with Potatos, carrots and green chili

1 serving of ground meat with Carrots, Green Chili and Potato

1/2 cup of fried plantain
