Meal 3:

Garlic Pasta topped with Italian Parsley

2 servings of garlic pasta ( I have been craving this since I saw it at the hot food section of whole foods, finally I got a chance to cook it and it was delicious and refreshing )

1 slice of toasted sourdough bread spread with Earth Balance Buttery spread

1 scoop of Trader Joe’s Soy Creamy topped with a small banana

1/2 cup of soy milk

water
