Breakfast: 

Water ( I walk/jogged in the morning and after I got back, I only wanted water)

Lunch:

1 medium size quesadilla (with Yves Ground meat and Daiya Cheddar Shreds)

Snack:

(Four Leaf @ Little Tokyo)

1 16oz Iced Green Tea (semi-sweetened)

Dinner:

Baked Tofu and Stir Fry Vegetables

1 1/2 cup of brown rice

1 1/2 serving of stir fry vegetable (Kale, Carrots, green beans, baby corn)

4 slices of baked tofu (marinated in Soyaki, Inspired from my baked tofu at the Elephant Bar)

1 scoop of Trader Joe’s Chocolate cherry Soy Creamy

water
