Meal 1:

Leftover Dinner turned Lunchbox šŸ™‚

Lunchbox (brown rice, Gardein Orange Chick’n, Sauteed Kale/Carrot)

1 vegan oatmeal cookie

water

Snack:

1/2 serving of a small order fries from the Hat

water

Meal 2:

Stir Fry ( Tofu, "ground meat", Green Beans and Carrots) with Brown Rice

1 1/2 serving of stir fry ( tofu, Yves “ground meat”, green beans/carrots)

1 glass of Ginger Ale

1 mini soy ice cream sandwich from Trader Joe’s

water

NOTE:Ā 

First time to incorporate the Thai chili oil/paste in my stir fry. It brings a good amount of heat. Also I added it to my condiment of soy sauce, mustard and chili. I was one happy person during dinner. šŸ™‚Ā
