Meal 1: 

1 cup of brown rice

1 bowl of tom yum soup with Gardein Beefless Tips ( 4 pcs) and green beans

Snack:

1 small bowl of potato chips 

3 pieces of roasted seaweed

Meal 2:

2 time baked potato

2 Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

1 small bowl of potato chips

water

NOTES:

Tom Yum Soup is really good. I used the Arroyo-D brand again. It is a pre-made soup in a can that contains no meat and all the veggies. It is delicious and easy to prepare. I just need to put the gardein “meat” and then the veggies. I ate it with brown rice, it is full of flavor and it is a nice break from eating stir fry veggies. 🙂 

For dinner, I can’t decide what’s for dinner so I ended eating mostly carbs… sad face …
