Breakfast:

1 cup of Black Tea with Soy Milk

1 Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich on Toasted Wheat Bread

Lunch:

1 cup of Brown Rice

1 cup of Adobo with Bamboo Shoots and Eggplant

5 pieces of Gardein Beefless Tips (added to the adobo)

1 medium Banana

Water

Dinner:

Nachos topped with homemade chili

1 plate of organic corn tortilla chips

1 cup of chili (homemade leftover from the night before)

1 scoop of Trader Joe’s Cherry Chocolate Soy Ice Cream

1 cup of carbonated water

water

NOTES:

I can’t believe that I got full from chips and chili. Though I consider that I am well fed this day.  🙂
