Meal 1:

1/2 sandwich – Peanut Butter and Banana

1/2 cup Soy Milk

Meal 2:

1/2 sandwich – Peanut Butter and Banana

1/2 cup Soy Milk

Snack:

1 Turon

Water

Meal 3:

1 1/2 cup Brown Rice

1 1/2 serving of stir fry ( Tofu, bok choy, carrot, spinach, eggplant, chilis)

Water

2 Turon

NOTE:

Stir frying vegetables is one of my favorite ways of preparing a vegan meal. I love my vegetables. This week, I have been eating a lot of baby bok choy – I like their crunch and sweetness. 

Turon – I think I should stop eating this for awhile, its getting addictive… Sweetness is truly one of my weakness 🙂 And this has all of my favorites – Banana, Jackfruit and brown sugar 🙂
