Brunch:

1 cup of brown rice

1 serving of stir fry ( soy chorizo, green beans, carrots, corn)

water

Snack(s):

1 tall Soy Cafe Latter (Starbucks)

1 medium size banana

Dinner:

1 1/2 cup of brown rice

1 1/2 serving of red thai curry with Gardein Beefless Tips , baby bok choy and eggplant.

water

5 slices of watermelon 

NOTES:

I know I should eat breakfast but I tend to wake up late and plus I am not hungry in the morning. I’ll try my best to change that. 

Also, I love Gardein products, their Beefless Tips are excellent with you put them in curries and stew. I just add them towards the end, like 5 minutes before the curry/stew is done. Delicious. I have enough left overs for the next day.
